Hi Seif,
In Unity Connection this function can be acheived using a Directory Handler;
Directory handlers provide directory assistance that callers can use to reach Cisco Unity Connection users with voice mailboxes. When a caller searches for a user name or part of a name, a directory handler looks up the extension and routes the call to the appropriate user.
Each directory handler contains settings that specify how it searches for names, what it does when it finds one or more matches, and what it does when it detects no caller input.

Hope this helps my friend!

Hi Seif,
I see what you are saying, this Directory Handler can handle calls from off site and the PSTN and route to users. You can also use Call Handlers to setup a more Customized IVR - AA type set up :)
IE: Thanks you for calling...

Thanks Mr Huffman, but the Auto Attedant can encompass the functionnality of IVR in order to handle calls from the off-site calls or call via the PSTN and it seems like the Directory Handler is not the same i mean you cann't add or edit an arborescence to route calls using DTMF recognitions
