Dear Experts,
Kindly help me with my problem setting up a 3845 with NM-HDV-1E-30E for VoIP (local network) going to a PSTN line.
Our Service Provider keeps on telling me that they've no problems on their side.
I was able to do outgoing calls but not incoming. And now, I can't do both.
Can somebody please advise if I have a wrong config, hardware, IOS, etc based on the attached files.
Your help is very much appreciated and rates to be given out. :)
Thanks
Regards,
Brian

Seem a problem with line, however you should configure "clock source internal". Also suggest you get rid of the PRI trunkgroups to begin with. After that check "show controllers E1" and "show isdn status".
Note a 3845 to do voice doesn't need the NM module, you can put the VWIC card in HWIC slots, and the PVDM2 module(s) on the mainboard of router itself.

Hi Paolo,
I know you'll be the one to answer back.
Thanks for the info anyway.
About the NM, you mean no chance I can do a voice connectivity to PSTN? Anyways I can make this work without buying a new card?
Thanks
Regards,
Brian

I meant the connection can be made without the NM as described above, but it will work when made with the NM as well.
Check your circuit with the commands indicated above after making the clock correction.
You will also need network-clock-participate and network-cloc select commands.
