Maximum Users per TSP (CCM 4)

Hello experts and members,

for our customer, we plan to realize a cti solution (CRM). We have 6 CCM 4.2.3 Clusters and we'll setup 12 HP DL-380 Servers. We plan to run this servers as MS Cluster(either loadbalanced or, if application isn't cluster aware, activ- passiv).

Customer has approx. 33.000 Ports (Phones).

Can someone tell me how much phones I can attach to one TSP (CTI Route Point)in this constellation? i have heard something around 2500 as a limit, but not for shure.

FYI: Customer wants 12.000 users to benefit this CTI solution.

You need to set up multiple instances of CTI RP to over the 2500 limit. You can go above but TAC may not support it

We have an off the shelf application that may provide what you are looking for. If you don't see the CRM apps you are looking for as an out-of-the-box integration, we can discuss adding others.
