remote access vpn works until I run site 2 site wizard 5520

I have remote access vpn working on our 5520 with several users connecting successfuly. However, we have a couple of site to site connections I need to set up as well and when I run the site 2site wizard and complete it for one of the sites, it kills the remote access vpn connections. Any suggestions

im attaching a copy of working config with remote acces vpn working and at the bottom added additions made (and removed) trying to get site to site working with ra connections not terminating. And as stated before, running the site to site wizard alos kills the remote access user. So please see bottom of config too. thank you very much
