Hi
I just upgrade my cluster to 6.1 and I have received my license. But my problem is with the CCM services.
I can start it for 25 secondes max. The only thing that I can see that can be wrong, in the license report I do not have a software version under SW Version.
Can it be related?

you can send the license to licensing@cisco.com and ask them to give you a permanent license if you're still using the temporary license

I just ran into the EXACT problem this past weekend, and it was in fact the license that they issued. What happened was they forgot to give it the CCM feature, everything looked good except that the CCM service only stayed started for 30 seconds. I opened a TAC case and sent him the license and that's when he found that the feature was not in the licnese.
