We have a Unity 4.2.1 dual integration system (CM and PIMG). We are in the process of migrating sites to CM. During the cut we need to change the integration for the subscriber from PIMG to CM and refresh the MWI. When we cut large sites it is a pain to do this manually through saweb for each subscriber. The sp_UpdateSwitchForSubscriber stored procedure allows me to change the switch type in a batch process but I haven't found a similar solution for refreshing MWIs.
