my 7985 iphone can not dial the pstn.but

others is no problem.CCS and partion is ok! there is my debug:

What if you change the bearer-cap under voice-port

7985 sets are going to try to setup a video call by default. Therefore, under the voice-port config in your gateway, you should put the statement "bearer-cap Speech". This should resolve your issue.
