Unable to call CTI Route point number

Hi Guys,

I have created a CTI Route point and forward all the DN to Voicemail port of Unified Messaging 4.0(5)

When I dial CTI route point DN, immediately call is getting disconnected. I checked the DN by removing forward all. Same condition. I have resetted Cti manager. Eventhough, problem is not solved.

Could you please suggest me how to make the CTI route point up as well as the forward all to Voicemail port?

Forward all the CTI RP using the VM pilot

and check the proper CSS

CTI Manager is only involved when CTI RP is using a JTAPI application

In this one check proper CSS for originating DN, CFALL CSS for CTI RP and VM pilot partition.
