Problem with router 1841 and Module card Hwic-1FE

Dear All,

Could you tell me please, i have router cisco 1841 and Module card Hwic-1FE.when plug Hwic-1FE to router and i type command show run i don't see interface Hwic-1FE on Router 1841.What is going on ?

Note:i used this IOS : c1841-ipbase-mz.124-1c.bin

You need a later IOS for that card, I recommend 12.4(11)XJ4.

If you don't have the support contract required to download the image from CCO, either buy a service contract or ask who has sold you router/card to provide it to you.

Ok i understood. Could you give more detail part number that can support command load balancing.

one more when i plug card to the router are three LEDs port is up(mean light is on are three port are up)

Note: i not yet plug network cable to module card.

No part numbers. Load balancing is embedded in IOS and just a matter of configuration.
