Broadcast Ring Algorithm in Hunt Groups

Unanswered Question
Mar 26th, 2008

We've currently got a hunt group setup on CM5 utilising the Broadcast Ring algorithm, when a call comes in via this method and the user deals with the call and hangs up, that specific user then seems to be a in a period of "wrap up time" where if a call comes into the hunt group again, their phone wont ring in the broadcast ring.

I've tried to find any sort of configured or set in stone time period for the user being specified as "not ready" or unavailable after taking a call, but can't find anything.

Any idea's on the time period?

I have this problem too.

Line groups contain one or more directory numbers. A distribution algorithm, such as Top Down, Circular, Longest Idle Time, or Broadcast, associates with a line group. Line groups also have an associated Ring No Answer reversion timeout value.

The following descriptions apply to the members of a line group:

"An idle member designates one that is not serving any call.

"An available member designates one that is serving an active call but can accept a new call(s).

"A busy member cannot accept any calls.
