i want to know the different between discover the devices through physical Interface IP address and discover through lookback ip address.

Please tell me which one is better and if there is any documents that show the different please tell me from where i can download it.

There is no difference between device discovery using physical Interface IP address and discovery using lookback IP address. As far as the IP belongs to the particular device it will not create any problem. The choice depends whether you have loopback configured on all devices on your network or not.
