CRS IVR script

Unanswered Question

I have IVR scripts that make a call to an external server that returns XML documents. One of these calls can be very lengthy and it leaves customer with many seconds of dead air. Is there a way to execute a step and proceed to the next step without waiting for a repsponse from the create XML document step? I would be ok with playing a prompt while this step executes, but I don't see how it's possible. I am running CRS 4.0, CCM4.1(3), UCCE 7.2(3). Many thanks!
