ASA 5510 Failover issues

I set up active/standby failover between two ASA 5510s and something keeps causing this to failover approx once a week. When the it fails over it loses the vpn connections instead of handing them off. It is currently running version 7.2(2) on both. They are identical ASAs. Here is the failover configuration:

failover

failover lan unit secondary

failover lan interface FOCtrlIntf Ethernet0/3

failover key *****

failover link FOCtrlIntf Ethernet0/3

failover interface ip FOCtrlIntf 10.254.10.1 255.255.255.252 standby 10.254.10.2

any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you use any of the show failover commands to look at failover information, or any debug messages? If so please post them.
