Config Management job fails

I am trying to run a test config job to puch an archived config up to a test router.

The router is in Cisco Works and the config has been archived successfully.

When I try to push a config up to the router using

Config Mgmt\Config Editor\Config Editor Jobs

I get rhis error:

"CEDT0031: No command is available to download for the device test_router. Remove the device from job and try again."

My goal is to quckly push an existing config up to a device that has failed and is replaced with a new router.

What mode did you select (merge or overwrite)? If you're trying to push down the same config which is already on the device using overwrite mode, and there are no changes, then nothing will get pushed. If you're looking for a disaster recovery option, or you want to deploy a config to a new device, you should go with merge mode. See the RME online help for more details on the two modes:
