CRA 3.5 License update utility Error

Folks

Everytime I try to update the licences of my IPCC server I get the following error and the CRA3.5 License Update Utility stops responding

Error 1

Cannot communicate with machnm1.exe

Error 2

Cannot start more than 1 copy of the specific program

Please let me know if you have seen this before, if so how to solve it

The problem is solved

the CD directory service on callmanager was paused, I started the service and it worked like charm
