CRS Script - need basic app help

I was asked to develop a script that accepts input from callers into an 800 number where it uses the common one used by companies: ie. press 1-for support; press 2-for admins; press 3-to dial extension.

Does anyone have a script I could look at to get an idea of what they look like. I just started to read up on scripting and its very confusing.

You can use the "Menu" step in the Media Steps group. You can set the prompt with instructions for callers (press 1 for....). In the filter tab you can add a connection for each option. And assign the phone button to be pushed for each connection.
