I'm losing the SIP Bind on my Dialer interface.

I have sip bound to "Dialer1" under Voice Service VOIP, however once the Dialer interface goes down, the bind is lost and the command removed and I have to put the command in manually each time the Dialer interface transitions.

Is there another way to make it presistent?

I'm using the Dialer interface for PPPoA over a WIC1-ADSL
