Removing CTI ports on CCX5 with CCM5

Hi all,

I need to change the DN of the CTI ports in CCX. I've tried to delete the group and re-add but CCX gives them the next DN not the number I have stated when adding the Group! I have checked CCM for the CTI ports once deleted and its clear.

Help.

Hi Rich,

make sure you do not see those DNs in the CUCM Route Planner report, if they are there delete also from the and then eventually try to recreate.

Hi Riccardo,

They don't exist on CUCM anywhere but when I try to re-add in CCX the DN's don't start from beginning. Weird.
