I need to see how many calls we are receiving and the only way I know how to is to run a debug command. We are using Call Manager 4.2. Is there any way to do it without watching the debug command run?

If running h.323 with the CM, "show dial-peer voice" would tell you this and more more informations.

Connect to CCM's MSSQL server by Enterprise Manager or Query Analyzer. Then choose CDR database and look into CallDetailRecord table, there should be information about all calls in your cluster.
