ViewSonic and DMP

Has anyone had any good luck connecting a DMP to a Viewsonic N4251W monitor?

We are pushing a 1366x768 presentation to this monitor and the outer 2 inches of the presentation is falling outside of the display. We are using the HDMI interface to get high resolution.

Chatted with Viewsonic Tech Support and they were not as helpful as I would have liked.

It has nothing to do with the monitor. The DMP does an auto detect screen resolution. I bet the DMP has recognized the screen as only 1280 x720.

If you are losing 2" of the application designed for a 1366x768 screen then that means your application is too big for the screen resolution. Try turning off "auto detect" screen resolution and force the DMP to deliver at 1366x768...or resize your application to the smaller resolution.
