I am have problem with install locale Brazil.

I use the command:

archive tar /xtract tftp://192.168.1.1/cme-locale-pt_CN-4.0.3-2.0.tar flash:

My ip phone are 7970 so:

tftp-server flash:/zh-td-sccp.jar alias user_define_1/td-sccp.jar

I rename the the language_tags_file and language_utf8_tags_file

I create cnf-files

But in the user-local don't have the locale Brazil that i install.

I need to create a dir user_define_1?
