Simple setup - Call Manager express - call unity - UC520

Hi all, I'll soon be installing a UC520 and I intend to have only one mailbox for the company to start(currently only 2 handsets). If I use GDM and personal mailboxes I think they will get confused, and there is only 1 DDI number.

I'd just like to check with you guys if this is possible? 2 phones say Ext 201, Ext 202, e-phone DN 300 shared line on both phones. Translation on the CUE VOIP dial peer to convert any calling number beginning with 2.. and replace with 300.

Any comments, hints or tips will be greatly appreciated.

No you don't need translations for multiple phones sharing a GDM. Just associate the multiple extensions under it. For MWI, a dummy ephone-dn with call forward all is used. This is described in the CME SRND.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to avoid using GDM's as each user would need a mailbox ?
