CUCM 5.1.3 Personal Address Book & Fastdials

Hi, customer having issue using the above. They can login/out of their IP phones using Extn Mobility and can also use the ccmuser pages to amend speed dials and add contacts to their PAB's. Issue arises when they try to use the PAB. When prompted to log into their PAB's they enter their UserID's and PIN but get the error: XML Error [4] = XML Parser Error (Invalid Object). Any ideas as to what's going wrong? Regards. Darren

What is the Exact Phone Model and firmware

Also CCM version

Any Locale installed?

Personal directory (PAB) and fastdials are not services any longer thus cannot be treated as such. They can be found now under the directories button natively.

Hi Gonzalo, suppose it would have been helpful of me to include the cucm version!

Customer is running 5.1.3.2000 with 7941's and 61's and phone f/w will be latest version (probably 8.1).

We havn't configured any services as you quite rightly point out that these are no longer needed.
