Is there any version of cisco vpn client that works vith windows vista(32bit) and Actividentity Smart Card When Using Certificates.

You do not say what version of the client you are using. Download, or purchase, the latest version 5.0.2.0090 which works under Vista (there is one newer, but it is Beta at the moment). I don't know if it works with Actividentity, but if a previous client did on XP then it is likely it will work with this one.
