JTAPI Call Transfer

I will try to explain the best i can.

CCM 4.2

IPCC 4.04(140)

I have a call recording application and i am currently recording calls for the IPCC agents. However when a call is trasfer to an aget via IPCC JTAPI the recording system shows the caller ID as the JTAPI extension instead of the actual caller. I would like to know if i check the box in CCM under the JTAPI directory numbers for "Forwarded Call Information Display">"Redirected Number" if this may stop that from happening?

You will have to use Route Point to forward the Original Caller ID. Follow these steps 1) A calls B ,

2) JTAPI app intercepts the call and CTI Port accepts the call , 3) CTI Port route the call to a Route Point

4) Route Point redirects the call to C with modifying calling number as A
