Ok a caller calls in to a receptionist, she then hits transfer once to announce the call but she hears one ring then dead air for about 4 seconds then connects to phone if they answer if they do not answer they hear their voicemail but there is no ringing at this point back to the receptionist, this does not happen all of the time.
