As I review abt ASA that ASA doesn't support Load balancing on ISP links and load balancing on VPN tunnel as well. If one gets down then the other one active it means the IInd link will be unusable if Ist link is active. Is there any way so that load balancing could be possible. Thanks

only if you have a router. in scenarios like that i usually go with cisco router ios advanced ip services.

But I think router supports only load balancing in ISP links as I need load balancing on VPN tunnel as well. And if I go with router then why I need ASA if everythig is possible on Router?

actually you do not need asa. cisco isr routers with ios advanced ip services are very strong firewalls and even better solution then asa. You can do load balance on vpn using GRE tunnels and EIGRP. or there are many ways you can do load balance.
