Unity Upgrade / Migration issues

I am upgrading from Unity 4.2 to 5.0 with new hardware. The new box is up and running fine. I am able to move users to the new box, however the moved users voicemail does not come up with a caller. Both boxes are using the same pilot number, but the new box has new "internal" voice mail ports. If I move the new voice mail ports up in priority, then the moved users work, but the old users don't... thoughts?

I have this problem too.

. You also have to delete users off the old unity prior to importing them on the new server. I'm assuming you are using exchange as a VM store. be sure to select the new integration on the subcriber template prior to importing
