Hi there,
I am looking to create a configuration to connect two PABX systems both with an PRI module in it via Cisco routers (with also VWIC-E1/T1 modules in it) over ethernet to eachother. So the PABX systems can communicate with eachother. Can somebody give me a clue where to start ? I looked on the Cisco site but really cannot find the right configuration documents.

Try this link for general knowledge:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00807f54aa.shtml
Generally you would need to:
- config ip addresses on your Ethernet interfaces, make sure they can ping each other.
- Set the controllers and the voice ports.
- Set dial-peers.
The routers will need voice dsp in it.

Hi there,
The two PABX systems are not VoIP as far as i know. They are only equipped with PRI modules (E1). Do the dial-peers need to be entered at the Cisco routers then or at the PABX systems ?

In the routers, everything I referred to is configured in the routers.
