UCCX5.0, how to external db integration

I added external db into 'system DSN' and also configure the name onto 'exterprise datbase subsystem configuraiotn' but i cannot get the 'data source name' from 'db read' script when i press 'reflesh database schema'. it shows properly when i confiure the default 'system DSN' such as 'dsn_cra' but never show the name which i manualy created.

UCCX5.0(1), premium license

Any idea or troublehsooting guide?

Have you configured proper system ODBC source configured?

I am having the same issues. ODBC connection is fine but DB Read does not see it.
