I believe you can reboot the WLC while you are consoled in and then during boot up there will be a prompt to hit 'ESC'. There should be an option to reset the WLC to facory or maybe it is clear configuration. hope this helps. Haven't done this in a while.
Connect to the console and reboot the WLC. After it's finished loading, at the username prompt, type 'Recover-Config'.
