Accessing data regarding calls in CCM 6.0

I need to extract some information regarding details for processed calls in a given period of time from CCM 6.0 databases, so as to show it in the form of reports. How could I do it? SQL / AXL? Suggestions?

I would like to know what “in0”, “in1” and “in2” parameters should I submit in a “get_file” SOAP query. Following the official Cisco documents, I don't get to know further details about them, and in all the attempts I have made, I always obtain a response with OK return code, whatever these parameters are, but without seeing the correct results .

Could anybody give me an example please?
