UCCX5.0.2 Desktop applicaions

None of the plugins will open! (does not present login prompt at all) when using Agent Desktop or Admin Desktop.

Also (not certain if this is related) the following errors show in the Event Viewer:

Desktop Sync service cannot be found

Cisco Desktop Licensing and Resource Manager Service cannot be found

Cisco Desktop IP Phone Agent Service cannot be found

plus others
