Is it possible to configure an indoor mesh with 1240 APs and 2006 Controllers?
Thanks

You will need the Cisco 1500 mesh AP's with a WLC loaded with the mesh code.

Is there a mesh code for the 2006? I know there is one for the 2106, but I didn't find any for the 2006!

The 2006 doesn't support the MESH code, the 2106 does. You would still have to get the 1500 ap's to run MESH.

Actually, the 1240s (and 1130s) can run mesh. They are referred to as Enterprise/Indoor Mesh. You will need to run MeshR2 or MeshR3 (4.1.191.24M or 4.1.192.17M).
You need licences for each AP that will be in mesh mode, and as Scott said, the 2006 will not run the mesh train.
