MGCP with PRI

Dear sir

I wannted to know that i m using MGCP with 2 PRI's . i want to fix some channels for inbound call and same for outbound call on PRI 1 same thing with my PRI2. is it possible if yes how ? and same with H.323 ?

you can choose which way it hunts for an outbound channel - from top down or bottom up - so it will start hunting at ch1 or ch23

your provider selects which channel the incoming call is on

cannt we select channels in mid for outbound calls, for example ch5 to ch15 etc ? or can we select channels start from ch1 to ch10 for outbound. and ch11 to ch 23 will remain for inbound ?
