Site to Site VPN with Natting

I have a site office connected to my head office the major issue is bot side have same private IP range. I just wanted to confirm what i have to configure to make the listed vpn connectivty run fine

Use policy-NAT it perfectly solve your problem.

access-list policy-nat permit ip 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.5.0 255.255.255.0

static (inside,outside) 10.0.3.0 access-list policy-nat
