NAC Profiler eval license - does not work

Hi..

I'm trying to install a NAC profiler 2.17 - but it will not install the license.

I have tried to upload through IE and Firewall. It just says : License was successfully uploaded.

But if I try to start the /etc/init.d/profiler it starts for a few seconds. If I look in the log file server.out I just get:

INFO: [fcapGetHWAddr:91] Retrieving HWAddr for eth0

ERROR: (FlexLM): Unknown MAC ->001CC41312DE

No available Profiler licenses.

ERROR:[main:502 (No such file or directory)] No valid keys could be found

Could not find license key for Beacon

But the eval should not care about MAC adresses....

Please help

My suggestion would be to try removing the FlexLM licneses from [root@profiler flexlm]# pwd , /usr/beacon/working/flexlm

[root@profiler flexlm]# ls , CCA20070716121616391-profiler.lic CCA20070904141749307-cas4.lic ,CCA20070716121725005-collector.lic , then rm *.* then re-add the license and reboot
