how can i setup call center with cisco product and software?

You can use a 2801 with ccme license that support up to 30 phones, then you config B-ACD/AA that allows you to have multiple hunt groups, call queuing and statistics, basically everything you need for a simple and efficient call canter.

You would read a bit of the administrator guide and some of the B-ACD/AA to do that. Or hire a consultant :)
