Dialed Number Analyzer fails to install on 4.1(3)SR5D Pub. It just hangs at the 'Installing shortcuts' step. It can be installed on Sub without any issue.
Has anybody seen similar issue as I am unable to find any known bugs?/
try uninstalling it from ALL servers in your cluster, deleting ANY instances of DialedNumberAnalyzer.exe on ALL of your servers, and installing it from the plugins page on the PUB FIRST.
Have you verified that the DNA service is running on the publisher and not set to disabled?
