Backup CCM5

Hi

I upgrade CCM5.1 to 5.1.3. I used the patch cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1.3.2000-3.tar.gz.sgn.

All the services are ok, but the backup not!

In the Recovery don't show me feature to select. Show me the message "Not features found"

Someone have any idea about it?

are the DRF services running?

if not, start them.

If yes, restart them =)

Hi pgcristovam, I am make a CCM5.1.2.3000 to CCM5.1.3, and I download cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1.3.2000-3.tar.gz.sgn,cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1.3.1000-12.tar.gz,cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1.3.3000-5.tar.gz, but when I Installation/Upgrade one of these patches, I met Status:Errors encountered.

I don't know how I can slove the issue, do you have any suggestion? Thanks in advanced.
