How do I configure CUE/CCME to transfer directly to a user mailbox?
If the operator answers and does not want to transfer to user just to mailbox?

One way is with the monitor or shared lines to the operator. This way, operator answers from the shared line or transfers to it.
The when transferring again to CUE, the call would go directly to the right mailbox.

Ok...here is an example:
1. Make an ephone-dn
ephone-dn 49
number 8....
description ***Express Messaging***
call-forward all [VM Pilot]
2. Then in the CUE, you need to make the E164 phone numbers with the same preceding digit (8 in this case)in front of the extension..example:
username user1 phonenumbere164 81001
so when the receptionist wants to send a caller directly to voicemail, she will transfer the call to 8.... (4 digit extension)
