Hi
So you arent having any problems with the configuration you just want to know what it does? If so then have a read of this guide
it covers the configuration you have. Its pretty long and detailed but it should help you out with your configuration.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_3/vvf_c/interop/intcnf2.html
Just to add you are missing some commands at the top relating to the voice card. This needs to be configured as well before it will work
