Automated Syslog Action for ACS syslogs

Hi. I've set up the ACS to forward via syslog to CW, and manually added ACS as an unknown device in RME.

In RME, I tried to set up automated syslog action to send ACS syslog messages via email, but RME doesn't seem to want to action upon.

All the other cisco devices are fine (i.e. the email automated actions work for them).

Any suggestions?

These won't be considered valid syslog messages as they aren't managed devices (known), hence you will not be able to perform automated actions on them.

Does that mean i'll have to get another syslog product (possibly Kiwi Syslog) to do the job?? Considering CW is a high end product, I would've thought it should be flexible enough to support the ACS syslog.
