I'm currently running out space on C drive where my Ciscoworks was installed. I'm having problem backing up from the GUI due to insufficent disk space.
The built-in CiscoWorks backup is the only supported way to backup the data. Assuming you're backing up to a different drive, space on C: shouldn't be a problem. Only a small amount of space will be used on the NMSROOT drive for the backup.
