Regarding IP Phone details on Call Manager 4.1(3)

We are having CCM 4.1(3) with publisher/subscriber installed.

We want to take IP Phone detailed device report.Where we can get those reports which will include call history,missed calls,received calls,call duration etc.

Can any body tell step-by-step procedure of the same?

you can use the CDR tool to generate the reports :
