Hi,
We have ISDN PRI connected to a Cisco 2851 router and using it for voice. Is it possible to take few BRI connections using some kind of converter (module) installed on the router??
I heard some vendor like Nortel have this kind of converter...
Can someone give your input...
Regards
Vijay

Hi Vijayakumar Raghupathi, You can separate the PRI Channels as per your requirement. I mean you can use 20 channels for voice and rest of for other purpose, but do not know any device like converter / module that can separate the channel/s. Thanks Goutam.

Yes, the router can do that. See:

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
