CallManager 4.1 Device Package upgrade problem

Since CM 4.1.3 was updated to 4.1(3)SR6a there are errors regarding CDR reporting. After upgrade there aren't any user, system or device reports. Any suggestions?

I tried Cause 1, 2, 3 and it didn't help. After that I followed next suggestions: "If these solutions do not resolve the issue,

uninstall CDR from Add/Remove Programs, delete the ART database manually, and then reinstall the CDR from the CCM Administration > Plugins page." Now I have a problem with Plugin installation. It ask me for 'Private password phrase for this cluster'. Service use username 'CCMServiceRW'. Any help? Thank you... Regards

you should know the pwds from your system

if you do not know it use the adminutility tool to reset it, be aware it's service affecting
