6513's memory usage is increasing everyday about 2 MB. Clearing arp-cache and mac-address-table did not work. Any help will be highly appreciated.

I had the same exact issue. Do you have two supervisor cards?

Yes I have two SUP 720. I began to log "sh proc mem" output to find out which process' memory is increasing.

Ok. When I had this problem I had opened a TAC case and we ended up pulling out one of the SUP's and then after a couple minutes re-seating it and after a few minutes pulling out the other SUP and again re-seating it after a couple minutes. This resolved my issue. Cisco could not pin point the problem but since I did this, a year ago, we have not had this problem again. What IOS are you running?

My IOS version is (s72033_rp-IPSERVICESK9_WAN-VM), Version 12.2(33)SXH, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc5).
I will make your recommendation tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
