In the Gather Logs wizard, try selecting the 3rd radial button "Process logs over specified time frame". Press Next. In the Start Time field, click on the Month and then select the up or down arrow; then select the day and change by using the up or down arrow. Make sure you adjust the Duration (Hours) accordingly. In this instance, I would recommend unchecking the Include fields for the application and system event log. Then select Next. Once these process, you can select the Open Logs in Viewer button and it opens automatically - pretty cool :-)
