can not ping TFTP serve

I have a tftp server on a network my router is on network. I can not ping the tftp server. What Am I missing ? There is a ASA firewall in place with acl's setup for each sub net

I have this problem too.

For TFTP itself, The router will make a read or write request to UDP port 69 on The TFTP server will reply, but the TFTP transfer will happen on high UDP ports. See for more on enabling TFTP through an ASA firewall.
